Odmor.me is a portal that deals with advertising and booking apartments.

The content on the portal is created exclusively by the apartment owners. They are fully responsible for the correctness of the entered information. 

All users undertake not to misuse, share or copy the text, images and video materials found on the site.  

Terms and conditions for accommodation owners

By listing an apartment on the odmor.me portal, the owners accept the Terms and Conditions defined here. Apartment owners are obliged to enter correct information about the advertised properties. It is also their obligation to regularly enter the correct location, accurate description and availability of the property after creating a user account and listing the apartment. Owners are obliged to list all new changes to the apartment or its calendar in the apartment presentation. 

Vlasnik ima pravo da apartmane reklamira samostalno, ali i posredstvom drugih agencija (sajtova). Ukoliko se smještaj reklamira na drugim sajtovima, obavezna je sinhronizacija kalendara da ne bi dolazilo do preklapanja rezervacija (uputstvo za sinhronizaciju se može naći na sajtu u dijelu Instructions for owners)

Advertising apartments on the portal is free. Odmor.me charges owners a commission only when the accommodation is booked.

• The commission amount is 10% of the reservation amount. The commission is charged from the advance payment, which is also 10%, which guests pay online when booking accommodation.
• Iznos rezervacije umanjen za avans/proviziju, gosti isplaćuju vlasniku prilikom ulaska u apartman.
• In the event of a guest's no-show or cancellation of the reservation 30 days before arrival, the Odmor.me portal will transfer the advance payment to the property owner.
• In the event that the guest cancels the reservation within a period longer than 30 days from the guest's arrival date, the portal will refund the advance payment to the guest, and the owner will receive an email and SMS message about the cancellation.

The owner undertakes to fully protect the data about guests that he receives from the Odmor.me portal when forwarding reservations. Any publication of the obtained data about guests to third parties or their use for any other purpose will be considered misuse of information, as well as a violation of the guests' rights to discretion and privacy. 

Portal Odmor.me zadržava parvo da ukloni smještaj sa portala, u slučaju: neizvršavanja rezervacija nastalih putem portala, oglašavanja objekta koji nije u vlasništvu vlasnika smještaja, netačnog opisa objekta, naplate cijene smještaja veće od oglašene u trenutku rezervacije, dogovaranja sa korisnicima u cilju izbjegavanja provizije portala, ukoliko ne sinhronizuje smještaj sa drugim platformama, kao i u drugim slučajevima gdje postoji sumnja u zloupotrebe portala.

Guest conditions

Guests are obliged to respect the following after booking: 

• To take care of the apartment and its furniture and not damage it. If there is any damage or malfunction, guests are obliged to compensate and repair it.
• Guests are required to respect the hours prescribed for entering and leaving the apartment, which can be agreed upon with the owner of the property after booking, if necessary.
• Pets and smoking are allowed only if specifically stated in the apartment presentation.
• Upon entering the apartment, the guest is required to present their identification document and pay the remaining price to the apartment owner or a person designated by the owner upon entering the apartment. If this is required by the regulations of the country in which the apartment is located, the owner will also request the guest to pay the amount for the tourist tax.
• In case of cancellation of reservations, the guest is obliged to inform the owner or the portal. The advance payment can be returned in accordance with the rules of the portal.
• It is possible to extend the stay if the apartment is free, while the money paid for shortening the stay is not returned to the guest.

Apartment reservation

When booking an apartment through the Odmor.me portal, guests are required to provide personal information: 

• • name
  • Surname 
  • phone number
  • Email.

The Odmor.me portal undertakes that all downloaded data will be used only for the purpose of booking apartments, and in accordance with personal data protection regulations. 

The reservation is made online, by the guest, after selecting the apartment, dates and number of guests, making a reservation via the odmor.me portal. The reservation is automatically confirmed by paying an advance payment of 10% of the reservation value. The advance payment is made online by credit or debit card, via the portal. After the advance payment, the guest receives an email and SMS message confirming the reservation, a travel plan with details and contact information for the apartment owner. The remaining part of the reservation is handed over in cash to the owner, or a person designated by the owner, upon the guest's entry into the apartment. Hotels also accept card payments upon entering the facility.

Portal je odgovoran samo za tok rezervacije. Vlasnik apartmana odgovara za dostupne termine, prijem gostiju u apartman, higijenu i tačnost podataka koje je popunio za svoj apartman prilikom oglašavanja. 

Damage to the apartment

Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay in the apartment. They are obliged to compensate for any damage and defects caused during their stay.
